Recipe Ingredients:
2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp chopped red bell pepper
2 cup sliced bitter gourd
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste, coriander leaves
Method:
Heat the oil in the pan.
Add chopped garlic, chopped red bell pepper.
Mix it properly.
Add slice bitter gourd, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.
Sprinkle coriander leaves.
Serve hot with chappati
