Recipe Ingredients:
2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic,
2 tsp chopped red bell pepper,
2 cup sliced bitter gourd,
1 tsp turmeric powder,
1 tsp red chilli powder,
salt to taste, coriander leaves
Method:
Heat the oil in the pan.
Add chopped garlic , chopped red bell pepper and mix it properly
Add slice bitter gourd, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt
At last sprinkle the coriander leaves on it.
Serve hot.
