Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup Green Pigeon Peas,
4 small potato,
2 tomato,
1 tsp garam masala,
1 cup water and salt to taste,
Some jaggery, ginger, green chilli paste and coriander leaves,
2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp carom seed,
1/2 tsp turmeric powder,
1/2 tsp asafoetida.
Method:
Open Green Pigeon Peas,
Take cooked potato and keep it side heat oil in to pan,
Add carom seed, asafoetida and turmeric powder,
As they splutter add green chilli paste and saute for 1 min.
Then add garam masala and tomato.
Then add tuver lilve and potato jaggery and salt .
Bring to boil and let it simmer till the water is evaporated.
Garnished with Coriander leaves.
